When Blaine took over Buffalo Valley Variety Meats in 2005, our business was strictly a buffalo meat supplier. However, for the last several years, we’ve been expanding our business to include more exotic meats, fresh seafood and a variety of game birds to offer you a wider selection at competitive prices. We now also carry seasonal meats, including lamb, musk ox and caribou, when they’re available.
